Hiring for Manager Quality fora leading manufacturer of wire harnesses cable systems industrial controls and sensors headquartered in Aurangabad India.
Post: Manager Quality
Education: BE / Diploma
Experience: Min 6 Years in Electrical Electronic Product Manufacturing Industry
Salary Budget:7.00 LPA
Required Skills: Knowledge of IATF:16949 ISO: 14001 ISO:18001 Knowledge of Gauges Rejected Product Tools& Analysis Manufacturing Process Knowledge Raw Material Knowledge Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Properties RMSS / RMTC Verification & Approval QSP Formats.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance of the product we are supplying.
- Customer complaint analysis and make improvement in the process to avoid customer complaints regarding all manufacturing and supplying products
- To take Corrective and Preventive actions on the Nonconformities.
- To make improvements and Kaizen for increasing productivity and decreasing in house and customer end rejection.
- To plan and implement Product Process Audit and Layout Inspection.
- To plan and implement for SPC and MSA for analysis of process capabilities.
- To do the documentation of ISO 9001:2008 system Audit.
- To plan and achieve ISO 9001:2015 certificate for the organization
- To control wastage by taking projects using 16 losses
- Work on 7 QC Tools for continuously improving process quality.
- To do the PPAP documents for newly developed
- Set up and maintain the process and monitor the process of manufacturing by inspecting each workplace.
- To take corrective analysis by means of 8D 7 Problemsolving steps Why why analysis Etc.
- Managing process with statically analysis for improving process structure to minimize rejection percentage
- Monitoring and measurement of products at receiving inprocess and final stages as per control plan.
- To take corrective and preventive actions from the supplier.
- To plan and implement Product Process Audit and Layout Inspection.
- To plan and implement for SPC and MSA for analysis of process capabilities.
