Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and revenue growth for Convergent Platforms Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling application development services AI/ML solutions or travel technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across industries.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
- Present and pitch Convergent Platforms offerings effectively to prospects.
- Drive endtoend sales cycles from lead qualification to closure.
- Work closely with internal teams (product tech and marketing) to align sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services AI/ML or travel technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong network and experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
