You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Accounting Sales professional at Collar Assist you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging B2B sales skills to promote and sell our advanced accounting solutions and services. This position is ideal for a dynamic and resultsdriven professional who possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles and is passionate about helping businesses optimize their financial operations. Key Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
1. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their accounting needs and challenges.
2. Service Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our accounting solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations virtually showcasing how our accounting products can address the unique requirements of clients.
4. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
5. Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a sales pipeline tracking and prioritizing leads to ensure timely followups and conversions.
6. Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms and pricing ensuring a winwin scenario for both the client and the company.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market changes to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
8. Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets providing regular reports on sales activities outcomes and challenges to the sales manager. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field preferred. Proven track record in B2B sales in the accounting or financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Basic knowledge and understanding of US Accounting QuickBooks and Bookkeeping.
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM / 7:30 PM 3:30 AM /4:30 AM 5 days working
