Are You Ready to Lead National Sales for a FMCG Food Brand
We re partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG company to find a National Sales Manager (Food) who can drive sustainable growth lead highperforming teams and strengthen market presence across the country. You ll own the sales strategy optimize trade execution and ensure our food products lead in both traditional and modern retail.
What You ll Do
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a resultsdriven national sales strategy to achieve revenue volume and market share targets.
Identify growth opportunities and lead expansion into new markets and channels.
- Team & Performance Management:
Lead mentor and empower a highperforming sales team across multiple regions.
Set clear KPIs monitor performance and implement strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Trade & Channel Excellence:
Strengthen relationships with key accounts (modern trade general trade HORECA and institutional buyers).
Optimize distributor performance and refine routetomarket strategies for efficiency.
- Market & Competitive Insights:
Analyze competitor trends consumer behavior and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to align promotions product availability and demand planning.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight:
Own the sales P&L forecasting and budgeting ensuring profitability while driving growth.
Present datadriven insights to senior leadership influencing business decisions.

Requirements
Who You Are
- 8 10 years in FMCG sales with at least 3 years in a national or senior regional leadership role (food category preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets expanding distribution and growing market share.
- Strong negotiator with deep experience managing trade channels distributors and key accounts.
- Analytical mindset able to assess sales performance and adjust strategies effectively.
- A leader who inspires teams; you know how to motivate coach and drive results.
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
- Expertise in trade marketing distributor management and routetomarket optimization.
- Strong financial acumen ability to manage budgets pricing and profitability.
- Willingness to travel extensively this role requires handson market engagement.
