Job Description
Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Ernakulam
Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
Salary:per month attractive incentives
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
CrossSelling: Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales marketing or banking.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Resultsoriented and targetdriven.
