Are You Ready to Lead Regional Sales for a FMCG Food Brand
We re partnering with a leading FMCG company to find a Regional Sales Manager (Food) who can accelerate performance lead dynamic field teams and strengthen our presence across a key territory. You ll own the regional sales strategy build trade partnerships and drive execution excellence across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
What You ll Do
- Regional Sales Strategy & Execution:
Translate national objectives into regional action plans. Lead market penetration pricing and promotional strategies tailored to your region s unique dynamics.
- Team Leadership:
Recruit coach and lead a team of area sales managers supervisors and field reps. Set clear goals drive accountability and build a performancedriven culture.
- Channel & Customer Management:
Grow both General Trade and Modern Trade presence. Manage relationships with key regional distributors retailers and institutional buyers. Implement effective trade programs and merchandising.
- Market Expansion:
Identify new customer segments and untapped territories. Lead product launches and new distribution partnerships within your region.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track sales KPIs stock levels and inmarket execution. Analyze performance and make datadriven decisions to improve ROI and coverage.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing logistics and finance to ensure product availability promotion readiness and smooth operations.

Requirements
Who You Are
5years of FMCG sales experience with at least 2 3 years in a regional leadership or area management role.
Strong working knowledge of both General Trade and Modern Trade.
A skilled people leader who builds trust motivates teams and delivers results.
Comfortable with market travel distributor management and hightempo environments.
Strong commercial acumen problemsolving and execution focus.
What You Bring
A Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in competitive FMCG environments.
Strong distributor management negotiation and trade marketing execution skills.
Datadriven mindset with experience using sales tracking tools or CRMs.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
