Job Description

Our client ishiring for an wellorganized Senior Project Coordinator that can work onnumerous projects with our Project Managers. The ideal candidate will haveexperience in diverse industries Civil Construction and Commercial Building.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ProjectManagement Team to meet deadlines

Assist in fullcycle projectcoordination from to completion

Manage crossdisciplinaryrelations with different departments effectively

Maintain document control andprocess accurately

Help in development ofappropriate project controls including cost tracking status reportsschedules onsite monitoring inspections and research compilation

Prepare proposals lettersforums project reports

Train Juniors/Interns beyondonboarding processes.



Requirements


Requirements:

Bachelors in ConstructionEngineering or similar Discipline

3 years of experience in Commercial building environment

Proficiency in blueprintsschematics field drawings and plans

Adept in Bluebeam and MicrosoftOffice

Working understanding of civiland commercial build regulatory guidelines.

Thorough working knowledge oflocal provincial and federal workplace compliance regulations ordinances andlegislation.

E.I.T. is a nice to have.

Gold Seal & PMP are anasset.
