Job Description

Our Client
Our client an alcoholic beverage distribution company seeks to employ a commercial manager.

Key responsibilities;
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across Nigerian markets.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with distributors wholesalers and key commercial partners.
  • Oversee pricing strategy margin management and seasonal or promotional pricing decisions.
  • Forecast sales set targets and monitor commercial KPIs with regular performance reviews sales volume trade coverage stock turnover.
  • Implement route-to-market optimization and distributor segmentation strategies to maximize product reach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Finance and Brand teams on joint campaigns merchandising and demand planning.
  • Advise on supply chain logistics inventory planning and ensuring seamless delivery to priority trade outlets.
  • Prepare commercial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 8 years commercial or sales leadership experience in FMCG or luxury beverage sectors.
  • Strong track record negotiating contracts and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Economics or related field
  • MBA or professional certification a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen analytical skills and ability to drive commercial results.
  • Proficiency in CRM/distributor management systems and Microsoft Office.
