Job Description
The Assistant Sales and Support role involves assisting the sales team in lead generation client communication and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will support presales activities manage client queries and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in sales and customer support within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads managing CRM systems and following up on sales inquiries.
- Client Interaction: Provide support during client meetings help prepare product demos and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Presales Assistance: Collaborate with the team to prepare RFIs RFQs and proposals and participate in product demos.
- Customer Queries: Respond to client inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Documentation: Assist in creating sales proposals reports and presentations.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system tracking sales interactions and followups.
- Sales Forecasting Assistance: Help gather and analyze market data to support sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Upsell/Crosssell: Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling financial products to existing clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Fresher 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of financial products like loans and GIC would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
