The Role:
As our Membership Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in maintaining and growing our vibrant community. Youll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for students and their families ensuring smooth enrollment processes and supporting their martial arts journey.
What Youll Do:
Engage with prospective members to share the benefits of our programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
Manage membership inquiries via phone email and inperson conversations.
Assist with class schedules membership paperwork and program details.
Work with the team to promote special events workshops and upgrades.
Ensure members feel valued supported and excited to be part of Premier Martial Arts.
Collaborate with the instructional team to support student progress and retention.
Maintain accurate records in our member management system.
What Were Looking For:
A positive outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
Sales or customer service experience (bonus points for experience in fitness martial arts or youth programs).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
A passion for personal growth and helping others succeed.
