Shift: Day Shift

Location: Smithsfield RI

Salary: $37K $50K Signon Bonus $1000.00!!

What Youll Do

Coordinate warehouse sales and purchasing operations to ensure smooth processes.
Schedule transportation & communicate with truck drivers for timely shipments.
Manage work orders draft correspondence and create ad hoc reports.
Plan and execute events for the Smithfield location.
Order and manage supplies for the entire building.
Handle highvolume communication and customer interactions.
Maintain a safetyfirst mindset while working around warehouse operations.

• Work in a fastpaced environment and must have amazing communications skills (oral and written)
• Must have MS Office Experience tech Savvy and ready to learn mindset
• Required to wear PPE onsite
• NOREMOTE role
• 3 years of warehouse/administrative experience
• Associates Degree or above
• Understand the importance of prioritization

What You Bring

High school diploma (or equivalent) 3 years of planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing or production.
Strong knowledge of MASS & Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational & communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Physically able to stand bend lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
Customer service experience (preferred).
Pursuing a 2year degree Great! (Preferred but not required).
