The Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams.
35 years required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
PGY1 preferred or BCOP or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
Doctorate Degree Required
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
PGY1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
