Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching Enabling business change & HR program advocacy. The role will support manufacturing and have multisite responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business goals and growth initiatives.
- Leadership Coaching:
Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices employee engagement and performance management.
- Performance Management:
Oversee (PMP) performance management processes including goal setting feedback and performance reviews.
- Organizational Design:
Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives including workforce planning and job redesign
- Data Analysis:
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisionmaking measuring the impact of HR initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations Business Administration or related fieldwith Masters Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
- Extensive experience dealing with multisite multistate manufacturing organization.
- Proven ability to deal 1:1 with local and international Union leadership having effectively responding to grievance and creating effective settlements to disputes
