We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong hunter mentality to drive new client acquisition in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business building long-term client relationships and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across industries.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Use cold calling email campaigns networking LinkedIn outreach and referrals to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present customized staffing solutions that address pain points.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals RFPs and negotiate contracts/pricing.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends competitor activity and potential business avenues.
Collaboration with Delivery Team: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and KPIs.
Minimum 8 years of total experience in Sales/Business Development with 5 years in the Staffing Industry (IT or Non-IT).
Proven hunter profile with experience in cracking mid to large enterprise accounts from scratch.
Deep understanding of staffing solutions (permanent contract C2H project-based hiring).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience working with clients across multiple verticals.
Established network of decision-makers (HR Procurement CXOs) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
