As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club youll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. Youre highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuitbased classes perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.
This role is a 32 hour contract consisting of four shifts per week fitness based and one day to focus on growing your PT business.
A Level 3 Personal Training qualification is required for this role. Applicants without this qualification will not be considered.
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer) you will:
Be responsible for fitness floor supervision wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
Deliver group exercise and circuitbased classes from Spin to Les Mills
Promote and carry out our Engage sessions which empower members to work towards manageable personal goals
Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
Help and support members with techniques training and lifestyle advice
Use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
Support client services team with memberships and gym tours.
