Tasks
You will assume tasks in corporate law as well as tenancy law and other relevant areas of civil law
Your responsibilities will include the drafting and review of contracts for our headquarters and the North German offices
You will oversee the corporate structure including registration applications and communication with notaries
You will participate in the preparation and conduct of shareholders meetings
You will also support Optimization and further development of contract processes within our network
Requirements
A completed law degree (Second State Examination)
Knowledge of corporate law and contract law is a prerequisite
Knowledge of related legal areas is desirable
Basic knowledge of tax law is an advantage but not required
You work in a solution-oriented manner think in a networked manner and demonstrate convincing diplomatic skills
Integrity reliability and discretion characterize your working methods
Very good written and spoken German skills
Knowledge of English is an advantage
