About the Role:
We are looking to onboard an accomplished professional to lead and grow our Banking Channel Alliances. This is a senior strategic role aimed at developing nurturing and expanding relationships with partner banks to drive mutual fund distribution and build longterm business growth.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep experience in AMCBanking Channel Alliances who understands the pulse of partnerdriven distribution and can work closely with senior stakeholders to shape a winning strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business through the Banking Channel building longterm strategic partnerships with key partner banks.

Develop and execute business plans aligned with overall AMC growth objectives.

Own revenue and AUM growth targets through banking alliances.

Act as the primary point of contact for relationship management with channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities within existing alliances and explore new tieups.

Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to align offerings and initiatives with partner needs.

Represent the organization in strategic meetings negotiations and business planning with partners.

Provide market insights channel intelligence and competitor benchmarking to leadership
Desired Profile:

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry with a focus on Banking Channel Partnerships.

Deep understanding of AMC sales dynamics and distribution ecosystems.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Excellent interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
