Key Responsibilities: Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales performance. Monitor partner activities and provide performance analysis feedback and necessary support. Align channel strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams. Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and sell our offerings effectively. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or channel management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to/from clients to explain the company profile and project offerings. Coordinate with the internal sales team by distributing leads and tracking the progress of each lead assigned to Sales Managers. Initiate contact with leads, introduce the project, share relevant details via WhatsApp if needed, and forward qualified leads to the respective Sales Manager. Collect leads from various vendors, social media platforms, and online portals. Organize and maintain detailed lead records in Excel for follow-up and tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate calling or sales. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Graduate or currently pursuing graduation. Ability to organize and manage data efficiently (especially in Excel). Proven sales performance supported by data or metrics. Professional and client-focused demeanour.
