Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Trainee Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in industrial tools manufacturing automotive or pneumatic tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical sales and client engagement. This role offers training growth and a pathway to a longterm career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
**Required Skills and Experience** * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * In-depth knowledge of Electrical Control Panels. * In-depth understanding of, or experience with, Switchgears, Control Transformers, and Generators. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. * Understanding of customer buying cycles and decision-making processes. * Good working understanding of selling and marketing in a global environment. * **Essential Skills:** Proficiency in communication tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PDF, and search engine utilization. * **Language Proficiency: ** Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. * **Experience: ** 5-7 years of experience in sales. * **Gender: ** Male * **Marital Status: ** Married * **Industry Experience: ** Must have worked with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or turnkey contracting companies. * **Qualifications: ** BE (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering & MBA (Marketing). * **Additional Requirement: ** Must own a two-wheeler and be available to join immediately. * ** Location: ** Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.
