Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager Essex County NJ
Our wellestablished agency is in search of a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our commercial team. We are looking for an ideal candidate with a background in commercial lines within the property & casualty industry.
Responsibilities: As the Assistant Account Manager for commercial insurance you will be responsible for the daytoday management of client accounts with complex coverage needs. This includes addressing coverage and policy inquiries handling claims and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager should possess a diverse skill set in commercial lines account management encompassing tasks such as customer service administrative duties and account remarketing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 13 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and their applications specifically Commercial Lines
Proficiency in managing the workflow of an assigned book of business and the ability to delegate tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical and analytical abilities
Bilingual or fluent in Spanish
