Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join a global leader in unified communication solutions. Based in London this role is key to supporting the companys strategic transition from a traditional channel sales model to a direct key account approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing major B2B client relationships driving revenue growth and positioning the companys cuttingedge communication technologies with seniorlevel stakeholders. This is a strategic opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth and client success in a rapidly evolving market.

Location: London UK (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the UK and surrounding regions.
  • Present and promote unified communication solutionsincluding IP phones and video conferencing systemsto senior decisionmakers and Clevel executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and strategic client meetings.
  • Support and drive the transition to a direct sales model targeting key enterprise accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in key account acquisition and management with experience working with telecom operators Fortune 500 companies or stateowned enterprises.
  • Prior experience transitioning from channel sales to direct enterprise account development is highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Communications Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and longterm client partnerships.
