Junior Account Manager Creative Brand Experiences
Location: Zoetermeer Fulltime

As a Junior Account Manager youll be the link between creative ideas and client success. Youll work closely with brands to understand their goals ask the right questions and translate their needs into unique memorable concepts that engage audiences and leave a lasting impact at events.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with clients to create engaging photo and video campaign concepts
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and execute your own sales plan to hit (and exceed) monthly targets
- Expand your network across industries like Fashion & Beauty FMCG Sports Events and PR
- Think creatively act entrepreneurially and help shape the future of experiential marketing

Who you are:
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. in Business Administration Commercial Economics Marketing Communication or Small Business & Entrepreneurship)
- A creative seller at heart you love coming up with smart solutions that hit the mark
- Skilled at translating client needs into concepts that meet real (marketing) objectives
- A team player whos motivated to grow alongside others
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a handson mindset
- Driven by targets and always looking to exceed them
- Flexible and proactive youre not the 9to5 type
- A strong communicator in both Dutch and English written and spoken
- Passionate ambitious and eager to make an impact
- Up to date with the latest trends in (online) marketing brand activations and events
- In possession of a valid drivers license (B)
