Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Thane. This is a fulltime position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves handling the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the onboarding process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (Mandatory skill)
- Strong skills in candidate screening (Mandatory skill)
- Proven talent acquisition experience (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in conducting candidate interviews
- Skilled in sourcing potential candidates through various channels
- Effective onboarding of new hires
- Solid understanding of human resources practices
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for various positions
- Source candidates through job portals social media and other platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to find the best fit for open positions
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintain candidate databases and report on recruitment metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
