How do you excel in this position

In this role you will excel by utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through networking career fairs headhunting and strategic marketing. You will conduct thorough screenings assess cultural fit and effectively promote the company to candidates throughout the recruiting process. As a key partner to hiring managers academic institutions and industry networks you will drive successful hiring strategies to meet business demands. Additionally you will coordinate interviews host job fairs manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and stay current on recruitment trends to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports Stark Techs continued growth.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • At least three (3) years experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn job boards Boolean searches etc.).
  • Previous experience recruiting for multiple roles multiple levels required.
  • Basic understanding of human resources function and reporting and record keeping requirements.
  • Familiarity with laws regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
