Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize sourcing methods including online databases and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability before forwarding them for further interviews.
- Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a positive introduction to the company.
- Continuously monitor recruitment patterns and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process.
