POSITION SUMMARY
The System Solution Architect HPC (AI) Racks is a crucial member of the Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) AC Power Team during the early engagement phases of customer programs with large industry leading customers.The position requires competencies in HPC (AI) and OCP rack designs as part of an overall Dynamic Power solution as well as customer and presentation skills to deliver custom solutions to meet demanding customer business challenges. The role will be developing solutions and reference designs for new and evolving HPC (AI) and OCP Dynamic Power technologies like liquid and aircooled loads power bussing data bussing and rPDUs as well as mechanical considerations for liquid cooling deployments to and within the rack. It is a mix of mechanical thermal and electrical skills.

The anticipated Salary Range for this role in the state of WA locality is between $156300 to $195440 per year salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary.The sales role is split with base salary plus monthly sales incentive with on target earnings between $195375 to $244300. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including merit increases annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization depending on the terms of the plan and the employees role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program including medical dental vision disability PTO holiday pay and 401k.
