Job Description
- Manage and optimize servers systems and businesscritical applications (Windows Server VMware)
- Administer and support Atlassian JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow platforms including upgrades patches workflow analysis and user management
- Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory environments
- Monitor network health and performance using network monitoring tools (e.g. Wireshark) and analyze LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Ensure network security and 24/7 data integrity with backup and recovery tools
- Maintain accurate technical documentation using Confluence and Office 365
- Support users and teams worldwide; travel to EMEIA offices as needed
- Deploy configure and maintain network equipment (DNS DHCP switches routers)
- Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell or similar scripting tools
- Take ownership of your part of the infrastructure and drive improvements

- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 5 years experience in enterprise network/system administration
- Strong experience with Atlassian JIRA ServiceNow VMware Azure Azure AD and Windows Server
- Familiarity with Confluence Office 365 DNS DHCP and network monitoring tools
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft VMware Atlassian ServiceNow) are a plus
- Strong knowledge of servers networks and infrastructure
- Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when needed
