Job Description
Your working area & responsibilities
- Participating in the Project Sprint DEMO and Planning Meetings
- Plan and track own tasks in ADO
- Present achievable in DEMO Meetings
- Join Standups if requested by the projects
- Propose and perform the Alert fine tuning for SAP CloudALM
- Troubleshoot/Fix the issue/problems
- Configuring CALM and Monitoring according to MR Request
- Service Now Integration
- Migration of monitoring artifacts from Solution Manager to CALM
- Housekeeping of the configurations in CALM
- SAP Automation Pilot: Patching and Maintenance of HCI
Your skillset
- Minimum 10 yrs experience in SAP.
- Needed SAP CloudALM expert with minimum 2 end to end implementation
- Expertise on operations setup for SAP SaaS Application like Concur SF
- Expertise on operations setup for SAP BTP application (CPI other services)
- Have previous Solution Manager experience
- Experience in alert fine tunning in SAP Cloud ALM
- Can adapt to new functionalities that SAP rolls out
