Technical Program Manager
Relevant Experience : Minimum 7 years

Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager you are expected to execute multiple streams of work within the
organization. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including design development compliance
regulatory quality assurance and operations to ensure the successful delivery of programs while adhering to
quality standards and timelines. This role requires strong technical expertise project/program management
skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
Roles and responsibilities
Manage the endtoend lifecycle of technical initiatives/streams ensuring timely delivery quality and
adherence to program plans and objectives.
Define program goals scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership team.
Develop and track program schedules.
Conduct risk assessment and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize risks and issues.
Ability to prioritise the initiatives and strike conversations with senior leadership.
Coordinate and communicate programs status status updates and milestones to stakeholders
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among crossfunctional teams ensuring aligned
program objectives and deliverables.
Proactively identify and track dependencies that may impact program timelines and quality.
Monitor and track program performance utilizing project management tools and methodologies and
implement corrective actions as necessary.
Stay updated on Industry trends emerging technologies and program management best practices and
apply them to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 78 years of experience in technical project management or program management roles.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies Agile waterfall)
A mindset with "Get the things done"
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical complex programs within scope
and schedule.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with Project/program management tools
Prior experience in a productbased company is a must.
