The Ambulatory Care Services Program Manager is responsible for strategic alignment and integration across Dignity Health Cancer Institute programs in support of business unit processes and administrative efficiency. They will define projects required to support programs and partners to ensure timely implementation and with efficient work flows. The Program Manager manages program(s) from initiation through delivery and monitors for continuous improvement. They will help drive tactical plans and manage projects through to completion. They may be responsible for assembling a project team assigning and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership. Identify new areas of internal service line growth opportunities and assist in strategic market planning activities. They will provide accurate and timely data information to management by providing opportunity identification information sources reports create dashboardsand analyses. Participate in business development marketing public relations.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or or comparable combination of education and experience
3 years of progressively responsible Management experience in a multidisciplinary setting
Preferred:
Registered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ)
8-10 years program management experience in the healthcare field
