Job Description

The Healthcare Growth & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase awareness patient acquisition and retention for our healthcare services. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry strong analytical skills and the ability to create patientcentric marketing campaigns. The Healthcare Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the organizations goals.
  • Analyze market trends patient demographics and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
  • Manage the organizations website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Design and execute patient engagement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop targeted communication plans to address patient needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Implement patient feedback mechanisms and analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance the organizations brand identity and reputation.
  • Develop and manage branding campaigns to increase awareness and trust.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute community engagement activities to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Develop partnerships with local organizations and participate in community events.
  • Manage public relations efforts including media relations and crisis communication.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content including brochures newsletters blog posts and videos.
  • Ensure content is accurate relevant and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to develop educational content that resonates with patients.
  • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities results and ROI for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM and other analytics tools to track patient journey and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales clinical and IT departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g. HIPAA).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software preference with Hubspot 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with patient engagement and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Certification in healthcare marketing or related areas.

The salary range for this position is $70000 to $85000 commensurate with experience
