This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- (3540 hours/week) Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (1 hour unpaid break)
- Client Timezone: US Central Time (Texasbased)

Job Description
Take ownership of an endtoend marketing funnel for a thriving digital coaching business. You ll work with professionally prepared content to build and optimize a complete customer journey from social media engagement through lead capture and ultimately to course and coaching program sales. This role offers significant autonomy to shape and enhance the marketing infrastructure while working with established frameworks and a library of readytodeploy content. You ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people s lives while showcasing your digital marketing expertise in the rapidly growing health and wellness space.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing funnels from social media touchpoints to sales conversion
- Create highconverting landing pages for lead magnet deployment
- Develop and optimize email sequences in ConvertKit to nurture leads and drive sales
- Finetune existing content library to maintain brand voice and maximize impact
- Build automated workflows that seamlessly guide prospects through the customer journey
- Monitor funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates at each stage
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage the promotion and positioning of digital products including courses and coaching programs
Requirements
- Digital marketing experience with demonstrated funnel optimization success
- Expertlevel proficiency with email marketing platforms particularly ConvertKit
- Proven track record creating highconverting landing pages and lead magnets
- Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and conversion principles
- Excellent written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- Selfmotivated with ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Experience in health wellness or coaching industry preferred
- Reliable highspeed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Ability to align with US Central Time zone business hours
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred
