What youll be doing:
- Hunt for new business opportunities identify pursue & close highvalue deals
- Build and expand relationships with decisionmakers and industry leaders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth
- Work closely with all TLC departments to create tailored solutions for clients
- Stay ahead of market trends and continuously innovate to keep our edge sharp

- Proven track record in business development youre a dealclosing superstar
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills you know how to influence and inspire
- A proactive resultsdriven mindset
- Ability to think strategically and create winning sales strategies
