Job Description
We are looking for our new CSR intern. Starting July 1st.
Within the Workplace department you will support our CSR strategy and our worldwide action plan implementation.
Environment
Support extrafinancial reporting annual update by participating in:
Double materiality analysis update to identify which datapoints should be reported
Data collection and check
Identify a new CSRD reporting tool and transfer 2024 data in the new tool
Coordination of various internal players and external service providers (specialized consultants reporting tool suppliers etc.
Draft the sustainability report included in the 2025 Universal Registration Document
Participate in the implementation of the CSR progress plan
Set up and leading inhouse working groups
Set up and monitoring key performance indicators
Participate in the acculturation of employees through internal communications workshops such as the climate fresco information on our informationsharing website
Participate in external working groups in the music industry
Support the 2025 carbon assessment and action plan.
Social
Identify and monitor our actions with associations we support.
Qualifications :
This role is excellent for a person with:
1st or 2nd year of a Masters specialised in sustainable development
Minimum 6month internship or apprenticeship program
Ability to analyse and summarise
Organisational skills
Rigour
Good communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Fluent English & French.
