The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Coolaroo manufacturing facility. Reporting to the State Operations Manager you will oversee all operational aspects ensuring efficiency compliance and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Lead site health safety and environmental compliance to ensure a safe workplace
- Manage and coordinate the entire manufacturing process to meet volume productivity and quality targets
- Oversee budgeting and cost management ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead and develop a highperforming team ensuring effective HR and industrial relations management
- Ensure quality assurance and technical compliance working closely with stakeholders to maintain high standards
What Youll Bring
- Strong leadership and management experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to drive safety quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations production processes and cost management
- Experience handling industrial relations and HR matters
- Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
