Architect the engine behind creator-backed beauty fragrance and jewelry brands and step into a future COO seat.

Co-founded by Louai Alama Plus Two partners with US influencers to launch breakthrough consumer brands. First up: a nail-care line in Q3 2025 followed by fragrance and jewelry.

What youll tackle
Lock launch timelines purchase orders samples and compliance.
Hit landed-cost targets; uncover freight and packaging savings.
Build a live < 24 h dashboard for stock POs and margins.
Maintain 98 % stock accuracy with near-zero order errors.
Run two brands solo then recruit and coach an Ops associate.
Ideal profile
- 3 years in beauty / FMCG /e-com supply-chain or operations; a shipped product is a bonus not mandatory.
- Comfort juggling suppliers in Asia 3PLs in the US and founders in EST.
- Thrive on ownership and upside not corporate comfort.
