An established international service center in the insurance sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Business Unit Manager to lead and support operational teams. This role combines leadership strategic oversight and people management to deliver high-quality service to internal clients across Europe. You will play a key role in driving performance improving processes and ensuring employee engagement in a multicultural environment.
Support team leaders in achieving operational goals in line with KPIs and service level agreements
Oversee performance monitoring workforce planning and technical resources allocation
Lead coach and develop staff to foster engagement well-being and productivity
Promote a respectful inclusive and collaborative work culture
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and organizational transformation
Ensure proactive risk identification and resolution related to service delivery
Align operations with business strategy and internal client expectations
Higher education (Masters or MBA preferred)
Proven experience in managing teams in complex service or operations environments
Strong background in KPI tracking budgeting and service delivery frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and handle change effectively
Fluency in French C2 (mandatory)
Fluency in English C1 (mandatory)
Knowledge of the automotive or insurance industry is a strong advantage
