About the Company:
Our client is a luxury wellness center in Colombo 5 offering premium spa and holistic wellness services to an exclusive clientele. They are now looking for a professional and service-oriented Spa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily spa operations ensuring a smooth and exceptional client experience
- Lead and support spa therapists front office and housekeeping staff
- Maintain high standards in service delivery cleanliness and client satisfaction
- Handle scheduling shift planning and ensure full coverage during weekends and peak hours
- Manage stock levels vendor coordination and equipment upkeep
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to drive client engagement
Requirements
- 2 -3 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations or related field.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with booking software POS systems and spa operations
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts (12 PM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM).
