Were looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our HR Technology Consulting department.

Your impact

As a Junior HR Technology Consultant youll make an impact by:

• Helping clients reach their objectives by connecting and aligning business with IT

• Guiding and advise clients through their digital transformation journey by analyzing and (re)defining their IT strategy and business processes

• Creating unique experiences for clients and their customers

• Leveraging the value of enterprise knowledge and data to help clients evolve towards insightsdriven organizations

• Enabling the businesses to move forward by suggesting fitforpurpose solutions quickly and effectively

• Looking into the business potential of current and emerging technologies from Cloud adoption to Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence

• Using creative problemsolving methods and work in an international multidisciplinary team

About you

• You have a masters degree in computer sciences or any other relevant masters degree that showcases your capabilities

• You have a strong interest in technologies and the opportunities they offer as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them

• You have a strong interest in HRIT Strategy and HRIT Architecture

• You are willing to obtain certifications in Workday HCM or Oracle HCM Cloud (functional data or integrations)

• You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

• You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems

• You have an analytical mindset a cando attitude and great communication skills

• You enjoy being client facing as from day one

• You are eager to work in multidisciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds while also being able to work flexible and independently

• You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn

• You are sociable and communicative while embracing an inclusive environment

• You are peopleoriented and look forward to being part of an international family
