DescriptionCX Technology Engineer
Role & Responsibilities:
- Experienced in design configuration and deployment of CCaaS (e.g. Genesys Cloud)
- Design develop and maintain voice and chatbots for customer engagement across SaaS and CCaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and QA to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless data exchange between systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing code reviews and continuous integration practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI automation and customer experience platforms.
Required Skills:
- 35 years of experience in software engineering preferably in SaaS or CCaaS (contact center as a service) environments.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying voice/chat bots using cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in full-stack development with strong skills in Python JavaScript ( and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native development and deployment (Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. Dialogflow Rasa Amazon Lex Microsoft Bot Framework).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $80000 - $100000.
