About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide highquality legal advice and representation in wills and estate matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on estate administration and probate matters
- Drafting wills powers of attorney and estate planning documents
- Handling estate disputes and litigation including family provision claims
- Mentoring junior lawyers and assisting in business development initiatives
- Providing succession planning advice for highnetworth individuals and businesses
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in the same role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong technical expertise in estate planning probate and estate litigation
- Exceptional client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
