About the role:
- Work closely with senior practitioners handling a range of family law matters including high-net-worth divorce cases property settlements and parenting matters
- Advise clients on complex financial arrangements parenting plans and dispute resolution with opportunities to represent clients in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court
- Benefit from a collaborative environment that fosters professional development including exposure to high-profile challenging matters
- Enjoy a balanced caseload with low billable hour targets and the flexibility to manage your own work schedule
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years of post-admission experience in family law with a proven track record of managing a diverse caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters including financial disputes and child custody cases
- A team player with a proactive client-focused approach and a strong desire to develop your career further in family law
- Candidates with a genuine interest in work-life balance and flexibility will be highly regarded
