Head of Practice Property Lawyer and Licensed Conveyancer positions available!

About the role:
- Run residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
- Review contracts and manage settlements
- Liaise with clients agents and lenders
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted as a Lawyer or hold a current Conveyancers Licence
- At least 2 years experience in residential property/conveyancing matters.
- Strong experience managing your own conveyancing files
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools and online systems
- A proactive mindset and client-first approach
