About the roles:
- Work closely with Partners and Senior Lawyers in renewable power projects (wind solar battery and thermal);
- Drafting and negotiating key contracts underpinning power oil and gas projects including but not limited to: power purchase agreements gas and LNG supply contracts joint operating agreements gas transportation agreements and network access contracts (SWIS and NWIS);
- Offshore and onshore projects including acquisitions and divestments joint venture procurement and more!
The ideal candidates:
- 2-5 years PQE with demonstrated experience in Energy and/or Natural Resources Law from a recognised law firm or company (for in-house candidates) with strong academic transcript.
- Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a very collaborative team.
