What Youll Do
As a clinician and population healthsubject matter expertforthe region the Regional Medical Director will ensure highquality safe and costeffective care across the entire disease spectrum from CKD to ESRD patients with the goal of optimizing outcomes and the patient experience for patient populations. The medical director will work with the local market general manager to develop and engage Strives provider network and optimize the deployment of the Strive Care Model.The Medical Director offers physician leadership to the entire region. This role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer.
