This is a remote position.
Certified Medical Coder & Biller Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour with certification
- Sign-On Bonus: $2500
Work Environment:
- Hybrid position if local can be fully remote if candidate resides in Oklahoma Missouri Arkansas Louisiana South Carolina or Florida
- For remote position candidates must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
Certified Medical Coder & Biller Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-Time 8-Hour Shifts
- Responsibilities: Accurately code and bill physician clinic and hospital claims for government and commercial insurance carriers. Assist with training team members and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Certified Medical Coder & Biller Qualifications:
- Must have coding certification (CPC or CCS-P)
- Must have at least 3 years of insurance coding/billing experience
- Medical terminology CPT and ICD-9/ICD-10 coding for physician billing and familiarity with Medicare Medicaid Blue Cross CHAMPUS and other third-party payers
