Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Raleigh clinic. In this vital leadership role you ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative leader who prioritizes clinical excellence and client success through high-quality ABA practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs aligned with clinical best practices and current standards
- Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs to ensure optimal client progress and staff performance
- Utilize data-driven analysis to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust programs as needed
- Promote professional growth through ongoing training coaching and learning opportunities
- Partner with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations BACB ethical guidelines and AutismCOE procedures
- Contribute to clinic operations and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB standards)
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in good standing.
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience with supervisory experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate clinical teams
- Strong commitment to clinical integrity and individualized care
- Excellent organizational time management and communication abilities

Must have a valid RBT certification Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
