What the job is:
- Working daily to meet and greet each customer as they enter the building ensuring that they are reaching the right person or department.
- Answering incoming phone calls to be sure our customers are greeted positively and are reaching the right person or department.
- Assist in setting the schedule for the full Service Team at Okoboji Motor Company whether from the phone or over text or email
- Absorbing new information quickly in order to understand the new tasks placed in front of you
- Answering questions from customers regarding their sales and service visits and set up the team for success for the upcoming appointments
- Coming in each day with a positive attitude ready to accomplish the goals set forth for the day
