Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented IT professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage secure and maintain Microsoft 365 services and privileged accounts using ManageEngine PAM360. This role involves overseeing daily operations implementing security policies supporting end users and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Services & Security
- Perform daily operational tasks including creating modifying and deleting M365 user accounts.
- Administer Microsoft Defender to protect against external threats such as phishing emails and malware.
- Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent accidental leaks or sharing of sensitive information.
- Implement and maintain security policies across M365 services including MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.
- Oversee directory synchronization and resolve issues related to Azure AD Connect (formerly Entra ID Connect).
- Manage endpoint security policies using Microsoft Intune ensuring compliance with internal security standards.
- Assign remove and manage M365 licenses.
- Create and manage groups within the M365 ecosystem.
- Control user file permissions assigned roles and access across Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot M365 servicerelated issues including user access problems service outages and application errors.
- Provide technical support to end users and address M365related queries or problems.
- Monitor service health and performance of Microsoft 365 systems.
- Generate and maintain regular system update and change reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams such as network administrators and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of M365 services.
- Communicate and coordinate with service providers for advanced support and continuous improvement.
ManageEngine PAM360
- Secure and manage privileged accounts by enforcing password management and access control policies.
- Monitor and analyze logs and activities related to sensitive accounts to ensure security compliance.
- Investigate operational issues related to access management and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular compliance reports and provide recommendations for enhancing security posture.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud security.
- Strong handson experience with Microsoft Intune Azure AD Connect and Microsoft Defender.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA Conditional Access and DLP.
- Proven experience with Privileged Access Management solutions preferably ManageEngine PAM360.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with crossfunctional IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation and reports.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Security Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management especially within cloud environments.
