Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This remote commissionbased role combines business development (70%) with lead generation and market research (30%). The successful candidate will identify new client opportunities initiate outreach and support the early stages of the sales cycle. Working closely with the leadership team you will gain handson experience in realworld business development strategies while learning to position technology services effectively.

Requirements

Business Development (70%)

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients including hiring managers team leads and directors.
  • Execute outbound outreach strategies via cold calls emails LinkedIn messages and video communications.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for senior staff or the delivery team.
  • Articulate client needs and demonstrate how Brydon Gama s solutions address their business challenges.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by tracking outreach activities and consistently meeting targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy client presentations and feedback loops.

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence (30%)

  • Conduct research to develop targeted client lists across industries and regions.
  • Monitor job boards and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to build prospect lists and extract contact data.
  • Ensure accurate CRM recordkeeping and support outreach metrics tracking.
  • Provide actionable feedback to refine outreach strategies and content development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent graduate or earlycareer professional with a passion for business or consulting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated organized and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Selfsufficient and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent in followup efforts.
  • Techsavvy with a quick aptitude for learning new tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Indeed or similar platforms is a strong asset.
  • Keen interest in business strategy sales recruiting or technology consulting.

  • First 30 60 Days: Establish a prospecting rhythm and secure discovery calls.
  • By Month 3: Contribute to active deals and achieve consistent outreach results.
  • By Month 6: Become a key driver of the business development pipeline.
